Sahyog Bank published a routine maintenance circular as a PDF. The visible text is boring on purpose. But PDF files, like images, carry hidden metadata: author, subject, and keywords that most readers never check.
You are given notice.pdf. The flag was split into three pieces, and each piece was encoded and stored in one metadata field: Author, Subject, and Keywords. Your job: read the metadata, take the three values in that order, join them into one string, base64-decode it, and the flag appears.
You can use exiftool, or pdfinfo on Linux, or a short Python script with the pypdf library. Metadata is a classic hiding spot in real investigations, because almost nobody looks there.
