During a long lecture at Vidyapeeth College, the student sitting next to you slides over a folded note. Someone was bored enough to encode it. Every letter has been replaced by the letter 13 places away in the alphabet. This trick is called ROT13.
The note is below, inside the code block. Numbers and underscores were left alone. Only the letters moved.
Decode the note. The decoded text is the inside of a flag. Wrap it in the flag format: the letters M X C, an opening curly brace, your decoded text, and a closing curly brace. Then paste it into the Submit box.
The Researcher Toolkit has a ROT13 decoder. CyberChef can do it too. One click turns the note back into readable words.
